Pian Pian (Yaoi)

I’d give the manga a 4/5. The art style is beautiful, facial expressions are amazing. The story is very engaging and interesting, although it was pretty obvious what’s gonna happen next so you couldn’t really feel the suspense that much. But still, the plot is great.
Altough I don’t really like how the story sympathizes with shitty characters? Let’s take that weirdo Yo Sa-hyung for example. From what I understood he was dating someone at the beginning of the manga. So even while dating someone he was constantly flirting and groping suha? Not only suha, he was flirting with that other guy at the bar and seconds after that flirting with gogo. And then when his partner confronted him about it and rightfully punched him in the face he dares to tell suha that he “got dumped”? I’m sorry but he was the one who dumped his partner and his relationship. And at first I tought that maybe his partner is fine with him flirting with others but judging by his reaction at the cafe he definitely was not fine with any of that.
And what about gogo? Literal rapist. Like what else would you call it? Forced himself on suha and tried to have sex with him. Later Yo Sa-hyung finds out about what happened with suha and gogo and is furious. But then a bit later in the manga he hooks up with gogo, starts dating him and treats him like nothing happened? Like he literally tried to rape your best friend? So honestly they deserve each other, I’m glad that that boy broke up with him, Yo san-hyung doesn’t deserve him.
So yeah, the sympathy with those assholes is what’s making me rate the story a 4/5 instead of 5/5. I was just very uncomfortable with them treating that rapist and cheater like nothing happened.
